The Lord is prophetically telling the church that those who are un exile through falling away or backsliding, God will bring them back into the fold. In 1 Cor. 15:58 the Lord encourages us to be steadfast unmovable always abounding in the work of the Lord because our labor is not in vain in the Lord. So we need to keep going forward and understand the responsibility we all have to ourselves to in terms of prayer, purity and profession; our duty to one another to encourage each other and our duty to our church, the body of Christ, to edify itself in love.
